McMorris' company Great Lakes Property & Investments was featured on FOX 2 news for leasing properties in "unlivable" conditions.  You can read all about it at the link under the first photo or on the Complaints page.

McMorris herself was mentioned in a Crains Detroit story about the real estate market. At the time it appears she was wholesaler. 

McMorris was again on FOX 2 after she had to close the Cold Spoon Cafe after repeated break-ins. McMorris is on the news looking doe eyed and dejected, but someone should investigate those break ins because based on McMorris' reputation they could easily be insurance jobs.
